SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is paid by the customer. A tracking number will be sent you when available. For used gear or in stock gear, it will be shipped and fulfilled by Kitesurf NB Team. For anything out of stock / pre-order, we dropship directly from the supplier. Delays can vary, if you want more information, please e-mail Kitesurfnb@gmail.com
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
New - In stock Gear
10 days return policy when new gear is sold. Item must be in perfect new condition with all tags and never used. Full refund issued.
Used - In stock Gear
For demo gear and used gear, final sale. If you are unsure to want to product or need more clarification, e-mail us for a consultation or test out demo before. We have no way in knowing if you used or damaged the gear if you use it for that reason we do final sale once shipped.
Drop-shipping by supplier - New Gear
When we do a dropship order by supplier, we follow exchange guideline from supplier. Most are 30 days but please email us for exact guide.
You will be responsible for shipping back to the supplier.
